Brooks Macdonald Group PLC - London-based investment management services provider - Says Chief Financial Officer Ben Thorpe intends to leave the company ‘in due course’ and will leave the board immediately. Says a search is under way for a replacement. Thorpe joined as finance director in August 2018.
Chief Operating Officer Lynsey Cross will leave ‘in the coming months’. She led the re-platforming of the business to SS&C Technologies Holdings inc, which has been a ‘major milestone in the group’s digital transformation project,’ Brooks Macdonald says.
