Croma Security Solutions Group PLC - Fareham, England-based security services provider - Announces resignation of Finance Director Richard Juett, with effect from March 31. Juett will be replaced by Teodora Andreeva, currently the group’s financial controller, from April 1.
Chief Executive Officer Roberto Fiorentino says: ‘I would like to thank Richard for his many years of service and valuable contribution to the group. We wish him well in retirement. I am delighted that we will be able to have an orderly handover and continuity through the promotion of Teo who began her career with Croma in 2006 and was appointed group financial controller in 2015. Teo has significant experience and knowledge of the business.’
