JLEN Environmental quarterly net asset value declines mildly

JLEN Environmental Assets Group Ltd on Monday reported a slight contraction in net asset value in the quarter to December 31.

The London-based environment infrastructure fund said NAV fell 0.7% to 123.5 pence each from an adjusted 124.4p on September 30. September’s figure was adjusted for the UK windfall tax on energy suppliers, announced in November. The company’s NAV at the end of December was 23% higher than 100.7p a year prior.

JLEN declared a quarterly dividend of 1.78 pence per share, in line with its annual target of 7.14p for its financial year ending March 31, compared to an annual dividend of 6.80p a year prior.

JLEN Environmental shares were 0.3% lower at 120.68 pence each in London on Monday morning.
