Pittards PLC on Tuesday promoted Finance Director Alan Burgess to chief financial officer.
Pittards is a Yeovil, Somerset-based leather and leather goods producer.
Burgess has been the finance director and company secretary of Pittards since March 28 last year. He joined from Tetra Pak CPS UK Ltd. Pittards said Burgess brings ‘a wealth of experience from several industries’.
Pittards shares were untraded on Tuesday in London, last trading on Monday at 51.06 pence. The stock is down 22% over the past 12 months.
