Biffa PLC - Biffa PLC - High Wycombe, England-based sustainable waste management company - Says court sanctions £1.3 billion takeover of Biffa by ECP V LLC. ECP is an investor in the fields of energy transition, renewables and infrastructure who, via Bears Bidco Ltd, is acquiring Biffa. Biffa expects the takeover to complete on Thursday, following an expected delivery of the scheme court order to the registrar of companies. Biffa shares are to be cancelled from trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on Friday.
