DX Group PLC - Buckinghamshire, England-based logistics company - Appoints Managing Director of DX Freight Paul Ibbetson as chief executive. In line with the appointment, Executive Chair Mark Hammond becomes non-executive chair. Ibbetson joined DX in November 2017. Hammond says: ‘Paul has been an important member of the DX senior management team since he joined the Group in 2017. He has a very strong record of success and is highly regarded by his colleagues. We are delighted to welcome him as DX’s new Chief Executive Officer and are confident in his ability to lead and shape the Group’s ongoing growth.’ Separately, says trading in the 26 weeks ended December 31 was strong and in line with the board’s expectations. Adds that revenue was around 15% ahead of the first half of the previously financial year. Interim results are expected to be announced at the end of February 2023.
