Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC - investor in UK mid-market private equity - Net asset value in the three months to December 31 grows 8.5% to 627.1 pence per share from 576.6p at September 30, and rises 12% from 558.8p at December 31, 2021. NAV total return for 2022 falls to 22% from 40% a year ago. Value of unlisted investments as at December 31 falls to £20.9 million from £48.8 million a year earlier. Cash balances held nearly halve to £12.4 million from £24.4 million. The investment trust’s current investment objective is to realise its assets, seeking ‘to achieve a balance between maximising the value of the company’s investments and progressively returning cash to shareholders’.
