Canadian Overseas Petroleum Ltd - Wyoming, US-focused oil and gas company - Confirms 113.6 million shares were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market on Tuesday. Including the newly-admitted shares, it now has a total of 277.9 million issued shares, with no shares held in treasury. On Wednesday last week, it warned its ‘operating cash flow’ was hurt by winter storms in recent weeks. ‘The company does not currently have sufficient working capital for its present requirements and the company believes that additional financing will be required by March 2023,’ it had cautioned.
