Tasty PLC - London-based casual dining restaurant operator - Says Chief Finance Officer Mayuri Vachhani is stepping down and leaving the company on March 31 to ‘pursue other opportunities’. She joined Tasty in 2018. Says Ian Davies will replace Vachhani, with effect from next Monday. Chief Executive Officer Jonny Plant says: ’’Mayuri has worked tirelessly to ensure the success of Tasty, showing huge dedication and commitment, and she will be missed by her team, the board and everyone in the company. The board wish her well in her future endeavours.’’ Most recently, Davies was CFO for the international private membership club business ‘hClub’ in London.
