Starcrest Education Ltd - Europe-focused developer and operator of education services - Appoints Jasbeer Singh as non-executive chair, following a board meeting on Friday last week. Says Singh was previously co-chair with David Lim, who will remain as an independent non-executive director at the company. Trading in Starcrest shares have been suspended since March 2022, when a potential reverse acquisition of several Fairview IB World Schools from Fairview International School (UK) Ltd was first announced.
