Vietnam Enterprise Investments Ltd - closed-end fund primarily investing in Vietnamese-listed equity - Net asset value decreases by 11% to $7.76 per share as of February 28 from $8.70 at January 31. This is compared to a fall of 9.0% in its reference index, the Vietnam index. VEIL Portfolio Manager Dien Vu says: ‘Following two months of double-digit returns the Vietnam Index fell 9.0% in February.
