Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC - Edinburgh-based investor - Senior Independent Director Justin Dowley will succeed Fiona McBain as chair, effective from the conclusion of its 2023 annual general meeting. This is subject to Dowley’s re-election by shareholders at the AGM.
