Pantheon International PLC on Friday said net asset value improved marginally in February. The investment trust focused on private equity assets managed by third-party managers said NAV per share at February 28 was 463.4 pence, up 0.8% from 459.7p at January 31. Total private equity assets increased 0.6% to £2.44 billion from £2.43 billion over the month. Pantheon International highlighted that in February it made a £16.5 million primary commitment to the Charlesbank Technology Opportunities Fund II. ‘The fund will target investments in mid-market technology companies based in the US in the following subsectors: application software, infrastructure software, healthcare IT, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and fintech,’ Pantheon explained.
