DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Outgoing Croda finance director sells; H&T CEO buys

The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Croda International PLC - Yorkshire-based chemicals maker - Finance Director Jez Maiden sells 7,500 shares at £64.84, worth £486,300, on Monday. Maiden will step down from the Croda board at its April 26 annual general meeting and leave the company on May 31. He is being replaced by Louisa Burdett, the former chief financial officer of Meggitt PLC. Additionally, Croda Company Secretary Thomas Brophy, together with Sarah Brophy, sells 1,455 shares, mostly at £64.88, worth £94,407, also on Monday.

H&T Group PLC - Surrey-based pawnbroker - Chief Executive Officer Chris Gillespie buys 25,000 shares at 428p, worth £107,000, on Tuesday. Now has 125,000 shares, a 0.3% stake.

Inchcape PLC - London-based automotive distributor - Chair Nigel Stein buys 11,000 shares at £7.10, worth £78,045, on Tuesday. On Friday last week, Non-Executive Director Byron Grote had bought 15,000 shares at £7.24, worth £108,600.

Agronomics Ltd - Isle of Man-based venture capital investor in alternative proteins, focused on cellular agriculture and cultivated meat - Executive Director Jim Mellon buys 666,001 shares at average 10.49p, worth £69,864, on Monday. Mellon now is interested in 154.2 million shares
