Warehouse REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focused on ’last mile’ industrial warehouses in urban areas of the UK - Concludes sale of two distribution estates for £29.5 million. One is a vacant 92,000 square metre feet warehouse with a high office component, bought by an unnamed occupier for £15.0 million. The other is Temple House, sold for £14.5 million. Says the disposals come after the £13.9 million of sales announced in November, taking total disposals to £54.7 million in the second half of the year. Additionally, Warehouse REIT says it has reduced portfolio vacancy through active asset management initiatives and disposals, increasing the portfolio occupancy to 95.9% as at February 28 from 92.7% as at November 7.
