Carclo PLC - West Yorkshire, England-based engineering solutions provider for the medical, optical and aerospace industries - Agrees an amendment with its unnamed lender for the interest cover covenant for March 2023. ‘This adjustment reflects our strong collaborative relationship and the bank’s confidence in Carclo,’ the company says. In December, Carclo said it was discussing amendments with its lender, following a cancelled contract with an original equipment manufacturer customer. It had said it expected between £10 million and £15 million per year from cancelled contract.
