UK Commercial Property REIT Ltd on Monday said it has hired Peter Pereira Gray as chair-elect, effective immediately. The London-based commercial property investor said Gray will replace Chair Ken McCullagh, who will be stepping down at the end of the year. Gray is chair of Urban&Civic PLC and of Premier Marinas Holdings Ltd. McCullagh said: ‘Peter is very well-placed to chair the company through the next stage of its evolution and growth.’ Shares were up 0.6% at 51.70 pence in London on Monday morning.
