Berkeley Energia Ltd - Spain-focused clean energy company focused on bringing the Salamanca project into production - Says its wholly-owned Spanish subsidiary, Berkeley Minera Espana, has submitted a contentious-administrative appeal before the Spanish National Court. Appeal is against the Ministry for Ecological Transition & the Demographic Challenge’s rejection of the authorisation of the construction of the uranium concentrate plant as a radioactive facility at the Salamanca project. Explains that it is of the ‘strong opinion’ that MITECO rejected its application and the administrative appeal without following legally established procedure.
