Vistry Group PLC - Kent, England-based housebuilder - Forms 50-50 joint venture between its partnerships division, Countryside Partnerships, and The Guinness Partnership Ltd, to deliver the second phase of Signal Park in Tolworth in Kingston upon Thames. Says scheme has a gross development value of £400 million, and will create 700 mixed-tenure homes in the area. Work is set to commence in early-2025, following the grant of planning permission.
