Vaalco Energy Inc on Tuesday said it received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange that it did not file its 2022 results on time under form 10-K. The Houston, Texas-based company engaged in hydrocarbon exploration said it was told that it has six months to file its 2022 results via form 10-K, which it said it did last week Thursday.
