Jupiter Fund Management PLC on Wednesday promoted Independent Non-Executive Director David Cruickshank to non-executive chair with immediate effect, following Nichola Pease’s decision to step down as chair. The London-headquartered asset manager said Pease was stepping down for ‘personal reasons’. Cruickshank’s appointment is subject to regulatory approval. Jupiter Fund Management said it intends to appoint at least one new independent non-executive director. Shares in Jupiter Fund Management were down 2.6% at 129.50 pence in London on Wednesday.
