Votes for liquidiation are 840,809, while there are no votes against and 117,192 votes withheld. The company’s shares were suspended on Wednesday morning. In mid-March, Trian Investors 1 said it aimed to wind up during 2023 as it NAV fell in 2022. NAV per share at December 31 fell 17% to 180.67 pence per share from 216.80p a year prior.
