Anglo American PLC - London-based mining group - Aims to raise $900.0 million through 10-year bonds that yield 5.500%. The notes will be issued by subsidiary Anglo American Capital PLC and guaranteed by Anglo American. The group expects offering to settle on Tuesday next week. Says the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
