Ferrexpo PLC - Switzerland-headquartered iron ore company with assets in Ukraine - Jim North, chief executive officer to step down from role after nine years with group, effective June 30. North assumed leadership in 2020 and is stepping down ‘to pursue other opportunities’. Non-Executive Chair Lucio Genovese to move to executive chair on interim basis starting on July 1. Chief Financial Officer Nikolay Kladiev will become an executive director at annual general meeting on May 25. Genovese said: ‘Facilitating effective succession planning has been a recent area of focus at Ferrexpo and we believe this has put us in a good position to achieve business continuity in the light of these board and management changes.’ Current stock price: 108.90 pence, up 0.7% 12-month change: down 34%
