Sure Ventures PLC - London-based venture capital fund, which invests in early-stage software companies - Raises gross proceeds of £200,000 via a private placing of 200,000 shares at a price of 100 pence each. Says the money will be used for further investment, follow-on investment in Sure Valley Ventures, the technology fund of Sure Valley Ventures UK Software, as well as general working capital purposes. Shares are expected to be admitted for trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on Friday next week. Following admission, Sure Ventures will have 6.8 million shares in issue.
