Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC - Uxbridge, west London-based soft drinks bottler - Chief Commercial Officer Stephen Lusk sells 7,000 shares at $66.00, worth $461,970, on Wednesday in New York.

Glenveagh Properties PLC - Dublin-based housebuilder - CEO Stephen Garvey buys 292,239 shares at €0.94 and €0.95, worth €277,055, on Tuesday and Thursday in Dublin.

David Lis now interested in 871,608 shares. Hostmore on Tuesday confirms Interim CEO Julie McEwan as permanent CEO. It also announces a new cost-reduction programme aimed at achieving £4.1 million in annualised savings. This is additional to the £1.8 million of annualised savings achieved in 2022.
