Keywords Studios PLC - technical and creative services provider to the global video games and entertainment industries - Announces the sudden and unexpected passing of its Chair Ross Graham. Notes Graham had been chair since the group’s listing in 2013, and oversaw the group’s growth over the last 10 years from a small business with three studios into a leader in the video games industry with a global presence. Explains Graham was due to retire on May 26 at the annual general meeting to be succeeded by Don Robert. Adds this appointment will be brought forward with Robert becoming Chair with immediate effect. Chief Executive Bertrand Bodson says: ‘Today is a very sad day for all of us at Keywords.
