Hyve Group PLC - London-based events organiser - Court sanctions buyout of Hyve by Heron UK Bidco Ltd, a company controlled by funds advised by Providence Equity Partners LLC. Hyve in April backed an increased and final bid which valued it at £363 million on fully-diluted basis or £524 million in enterprise value. Hyve says on Thursday the acquisition will come into effect when the court order is delivered to the UK Registrar of Companies. This is expected to take place on Monday.
