OnTheMarket PLC - Aldershot, Hampshire-based property listing website - Confirms appointment of Tom Carter as chief financial officer. Says he will join OnTheMarket and become a member of the board on July 3. Interim CFO Simon Bullock will remain with the group until August 4 to ensure a comprehensive handover. Carter is currently serving a six-month notice period with beauty brand business Brand Architekts Group PLC, having been CFO there since 2020. Brand Architekts hires Geoff Ellis as chief financial officer with effect from July 3 on a part-time basis. He was previously the CFO at the London-based drug development services provider Proteome Science PLC. Additionally, Brand Architekts says Non-Executive Director Simon Pyper will step down from the board with effect from May 31 to focus on his role as chief executive officer of Leeds, England-based technology-driven assistance company CPP Group PLC.
