Continues to have ‘active discussions’ with Technology Metals Markets regarding a potential reverse takeover involving Curzon, despite the expiry of exclusivity rights. In April, Curzon said it was in talks with Technology Metals Market over a reverse takeover, after executing a letter of intent. In May, Technology Metals Market extended the exclusivity period.
