Dolphin Capital Investors LTD - British Virgin Islands-based investor in high-end resort developments in the eastern Mediterranean - Agrees outline of arrangement to secure funding for finalisation of Kilada Golf Course and the County Club through an 85% to 15% split its joint venture partner.
