Asos PLC - online fashion retailer - Raises £4.8 million via issuing 1.2 million new shares at 418.1 pence per share, which represent around 1.2% of the firm’s issued share capital before the equity raise. Says that in total, the placing and retail offer comprises 19.1 million new shares, about 19% of the firm’s existing issued share capital, raising around £80 million.
