Incurs a gain of £308,000 of movement in fair value of financial assets, compared to a loss of £2.2 million the year before. Makes no loss on disposal of financial assets, compared to a loss of £29,383 a year before. Says its portfolio value and net asset value increases 5% and 3%, respectively, during the period. Its discount to net asset value is 31% on March 31, compared to a discount of 29% on September 30. Looking ahead, expects the natural resources sector to benefit from large-scale infrastructure and climate-focused projects at the ‘forefront of government spending plans and private sector investment’.
