Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC - venture capital trust managed by Albion Capital Group LLP - Net asset value per share is 21.98 pence per share on March 31, up 4.9% from 20.95p on December 31, lifted by an external fundraise by portfolio holding Quantexa. The Series E round by Quantexa was at a higher valuation and raised $129 million. Kings Arms Yard VCT carries its investment in Quantexa, a financial crime detection platform, at £15.3 million.
