Ocean Wilsons Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-based investor and operator of Wilson Sons SA, a maritime services company in Brazil - Notes recent media speculation in Brazil that it is negotiating the sale of its 57% owned subsidiary Wilson Sons. Confirms it is undertaking a strategic review regarding its investment in the company. Says this review is currently at an early stage and ‘there can be no certainty as to its outcome’, but it will ‘consider all potential strategic options’. Says it is yet to receive any formal proposals from any third party, and that a subsequent announcement will be made ‘as required’.
