SDX Energy PLC on Monday said it has received multiple offers regarding its Egyptian assets and is evaluating them. The Egypt and Morocco-focused energy company said it was aware of rumours concerning its Egyptian business. It will provide further details and information regarding its plans to return value to its shareholders via growth soon, SDX Energy said.
