New Century AIM VCT 2 PLC on Wednesday said it has raised £215,626 through a subscription of shares. New Century AIM VCT 2 is a London-based venture capital trust investing in AIM-listed companies. The company said it will issue 506,760 shares priced at 42.55 pence per share. This represents a 13% discount to the shares closing price of 49.00p on Tuesday, Its shares were flat at 49.00p each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
