Integrated Diagnostics Holdings PLC - consumer healthcare firm - Hires Ahmed El Gebeily as chief financial officer, starting on August 15. Appointment will follow the departure of CFO Omar Bedewy on June 30. Bedewy has been with Integrated Diagnostics since 2016. Regional Financial Controller Ahmed Sileem will serve as interim CFO until El Gebeily takes up the role. El Gebeily currently is the CFO of Egyptian Industrial Investment Group. He has nearly three decades of experience and a successful track record in business start-ups in various international and local settings including in the construction and building material industries. Chief Executive Officer Hend El Sherbini says: ‘Omar has been an exceptional leader within IDH’s walls since he first joined in 2016 and has helped navigate the Company through some of its most challenging times.
