BP Marsh & Partners PLC - London-based venture capital investor in financial services businesses - Subscribes to a 25% stake in new holding company Pantheon Specialty Ltd. Says Pantheon owns Denison & Partners Ltd, in which BP Marsh owned a 40% stake of, and will thus provide Denison & Partners further loan funding of £500,000. Adds joint chief executive officer of Besso Group and Besso Ltd Robert Downman will become CEO of Pantheon and Denison & Partners, and Alasdair Ritchie will become Chairman of both Pantheon and Denison and Partners.
