Just Group PLC - Surrey, England-based financial services group focused on the UK retirement income market - Says it has received the necessary approvals for Senior Independent Director Mary Phibbs to become chair of the company. As a result, Independent Non-Executive Director Paul Bishop can now retire with immediate effect. The news follows the May announcement that the regulatory approval for Phibbs to become chair was still ongoing, prompting Bishop’s appointment as independent non-executive director and audit chair.
