Maven Income & Growth VCT 3 - London-based venture capital trust - Says net asset value at May 31 was 53.62 pence per share, down by 6.4% from 57.28p a year prior. Adds in the six months ended May 31, net return on ordinary activities before taxation widened to £2.1 million from £1.8 million a year prior. Maven declared an interim dividend of 0.50 pence per share, down by 99% from 95.17p per share the year before. Looking ahead, the company said its pipeline of new investments remains strong.
