Quadrise PLC - London-based residual oil technology that produces synthetic heavy fuel oil MSAR - Open offer of shares at 1.25 pence each gets acceptances for 67.6 million shares, 38% of the 175.9 million shares on offer, raising £840,000. Together with its share placing at the same price, Quadrise raises £1.9 million in total. The cash will be used to progress operations and active projects and strengthen its balance sheet, the company previously had said.
