Oxford BioDynamics PLC - Oxford-based biotechnology firm focused on discovering and developing epigenetic biomarkers - Raises £5.6 million via accelerated bookbuild process and through direct subscription. 48.1 million shares are issued pursuant to the placing at an issue price of 11.0 pence per share. Subscribers have conditionally subscribed for 2.5 million shares at issue price. The placing shares and subscription shares represents around 25% of the company’s issued share capital. Shore Capital and Baden Hill acted as joint brokers and bookrunners in connection with the placing. Oxford BioDynamics have applied for shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and expect this trading to commence on August 21.
