Tritax Big Box REIT - London-based real-estate investment trust for logistics properties - Announces that 1.5 million shares have been purchased by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and abrdn Holdings Ltd. William Franklin of Henry Franklin purchases 67,000 shares at a price of £1.40. There are two purchases of 50,000 shares by Amelia Dunlop and Tom Dunlop of James Dunlop at a price of £1.40; and two purchases both of 50,000 shares by Harriet Godfrey and Adam Godfrey of Colin Godfrey. These agreements were in accordance with the investment management agreement between Tritax Big Box REIT and Tritax Management LLP on May 4.
