Hiscox Ltd - Hamilton, Bermuda-based insurer - Chair Jonathan Bloomer buys 20,000 shares at £10.51, worth £210,200, on Wednesday. Bloomer, the former chief executive officer of fellow insurer Prudential PLC, joined the Hiscox board in June and took over as chair on July 1.
Current stock price: 1,063.00 pence, up 1.6% in London on Thursday
