Tritax EuroBox PLC - invests in Continental European logistics real estate assets - Signs new leases in Italy and Germany worth €1.3 million in contracted rent. Leases half of 28,300 square metre development in Settimo, Italy, on the A4 motorway between Turin and Milan. The lease is for six years with a six-year extension option. Also lets 8,300 square metres of development near Bochum, in the Rhine-Ruhr region of Germany. The lease is for seven years with a three-year extension option. Both leases include annual reviews and have green lease clauses that commit the unnamed customers to use the building sustainably.
