Empresaria Group PLC on Tuesday said that it has launched its professional service offering, LMA Recruitment, in the US. According to the specialist staffing company, LMA Recruitment will initially target human resources, business support, sales, marketing and operational skillsets. Its launch follows a global rebrand, designed to help Empresaria expand into new markets. Empresaria told investors that it chose to expand in the US first based on demand for professional staffing from existing clients of the firm’s IT and healthcare operations. The launch is part of Empresaria’s medium-term growth plans focussed around three key pillars: accelerating growth in high potential sectors, diversifying its service offering and growing Offshore Services. ‘This exciting launch in our professional sector will enable us to build scale in our US market. We have strong relationships within the US and are seeing early success in bringing more value to our existing clients,’ said Chief Executive Officer Rhona Driggs.
