Panthera Resources completes drilling at Kalaka in Mali

ALN

Panthera Resources PLC on Monday said it completed drilling at its Kalaka project in Mali.

The London-based gold explorer with projects in India and Africa said all samples have been shipped to an SGS laboratory in Bamako with results expected in late September. SGS Societe Generale de Surveillance SA is a Geneva-based company that offers inspection, verification, testing and certification services.

Panthera said it completed eight reverse circulation drill holes for 705 metres advance, after the programme was interrupted due to heavy rain. It added that the planned northern exploration holes will be tested at a later date.

Panthera Resources shares rose 6.4% to 7.45 pence each on Monday morning in London.
