NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Ltd -Guernsey-incorporated closed-ended fund invests in distressed, stressed and special situations investments, with a focus on senior debt backed by hard assets - Plan to make capital distribution of $3.7 million for the Extended Life share class. Says further details will follow in ‘due course’. In mid-June, NB Distressed announced a $3.4 million return in the Extended Life share class, following the sale of the Mashantucket Pequot loan. That return was equal to $0.0651 per Extended Life share and was conducted via a compulsory partial redemption of shares.
