Tracsis credits Rail, Data arms for double-digit annual revenue growth

ALN

Tracsis PLC on Wednesday said business met its expectations in the recent financial year, with double-digit revenue growth.

The Leeds, England-based traffic and transportation data services firm said it performed in line with its expectations in the 12 months that ended July 31, and it estimates revenue rose by around 19% to £81.5 million from £68.7 million the year before.

The company noted this was driven by ‘strong growth’ across its Rail Technology & Services Division and its Data, Analytics, Consultancy & Events Division.

Tracsis expects to report adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation for the year of around £16 million, up 13% from £14.2 million the year before.

Looking ahead, the company has increased technology investment to accelerate growth in financial 2024, and it expects growth to be weighted to the second half of the year.

Shares in Tracsis were down 2.3% at 772.00 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
